Easy or Gourmet? It's Your Choice!

Great snacks to gourmet creations: you'll find food to suit you here. Steaks, burgers, fresh seafood and fine wines make the hotel restaurants a favourite place for visitors and locals.

During your stay you can choose from either Indigo's Grill, where we serve a delicious breakfast and dinner from 6.30pm.  For lunch you can relax in Indigo's Lounge Bar and Terrace where we serve an extensive lunch menu as well as sandwiches and snacks throughout the day. 

We serve a selection of cocktails, draft beers, wine and spirits. The Lounge Bar is a place for guests and non-residents to relax and enjoy the surroundings. 

Indigo's Grill is an award winning restaurant and one of Jersey’s hidden gems. Visitors have raved about it, saying it’s ‘a real treat’ where ‘Dinner was outstanding and the waiting service first class’ it is loved for an understated ambience, delicious food and relaxed atmosphere, and views which need no introduction'.

One of the most popular choices from the grill is the grass-fed aged Sirloin steak, cooked to perfection! In season combine your steak with lobster for an outstanding surf and turf.  Delicious any day of the week. A fabulous selection of old and new world wines are on offer to perfectly complement your food.

Hygiene & Physical Distancing

Enhanced Hygieve & Safety

In response to the risks posed by Covid-19, in addition to our already high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, we have introduced additional 'best practice +' procedures for the benefit of all.

Starting immediately, for all restaurant guests we have introduced:

  • Reduced capacity in all our dining spaces to minimise the number of guests being served at any given time and maximise physical distancing
  • A minimum of 2.5m between tables in all dining areas
  • Increased disinfection of 'high traffic' areas like tables, taps, door handles and telephones
  • Strict procedures to ensure a minimised number of covers at any time and minimum interaction between guests and teams at all times
  • Masks to be work by teams at all times and regularly changed
  • Contactless payment only.
  • Closure of our pools

Starting immediately, for all hotel residents we have introduced:

  • A minimum 'out of service' period for each bedroom of 3 days after checkout to ensure minimum risk of transmission
  • Elimination of room service 'tray charges' and an enhanced in room dining offering so you can enjoy our delicious food from the comfort of your room if you wish
  • Increased disinfection of 'high traffic' areas like tables, taps, door handles and telephones
  • A la Carte breakfast only to remove self-service buffetsHygiene

The Vegetarian Option

Many people choose a vegetarian option when they dine out. Our vegetarian dishes are packed full of flavour and goodness. Taste isn’t compromised here, just try the vegetable terrine at the Cristina, it’s a plateful of wow!

Chargrilled aubergine , mushroom and peppers are perfectly balanced with ripe sun dried tomatoes and fresh figs with a smooth balsamic glaze. Our chefs use the best seasonal ingredients to create delicious vegetarian options at each of our restaurants.
