From start to finish no detail is too small, from arrival, to departure we’ll give you friendly advice on food, drink, timings, table plans, decorations and DJ’s to name but a few.

The St Aubin Suite is licensed for wedding ceremonies and can accommodate 80 people, with more room for guests on a standing basis.

With the St Aubin Suite at the Hotel Cristina, you’re dealing with one friendly venue that’s licensed for wedding ceremonies, with a full food menu, full bar, full permissions and hotel bedrooms available all under one roof.

  • Both a licensed wedding ceremony venue (if required) and licensed wedding reception venue
  • Room hire included as part of minimum spend on food & drink
  • 1 free hotel night for the bride and groom

Everyone loves a good wedding party, and at The St Aubin Suite we have experience in just about every kind of party you can imagine. Whether a sit down gastronomic meal or a relaxed cocktail party and buffet, we have a range of options for every shape and size of event.

For wedding breakfasts, we recommend a seated meal, giving a maximum capacity of up to 80 people. For cocktail and canape parties, as well as for evening guests, this increases to 120 people

Everyone is catered for

From the canapes to the bespoke gastronomic menus to the essential evening snacks, our passionate chefs are on hand to create the perfect menu for your perfect day.

We cater to all dietary requirements, and our chefs will spend time with you to make sure everyone is well looked after on your perfect wedding party.

With an “a la carte” style offering for all our menus, you can choose your perfect menu with a wide range of options for any budget. We will happily offer a free tasting by way of a meal on us as part of the event planning process.

NO HIRE CHARGE, JUST MINIMUM SPENDS

Your budget goes towards fun

In The St Aubin Suite at the Hotel Cristina Jersey we have done away with hire charges of old. Instead, we have a minimum spend depending on the day of the week and week of the year.  

This gives you the comfort of knowing that all your budget is going towards fun and festivity, and building memories – not just to use the space.

START YOUR HONEYMOON

We are happy to offer a complimentary overnight stay for the happy wedding couple and breakfast the next day. An overnight stay is a great way to relax and take the hassle out of travelling. Besides, it’s a great way to start your honeymoon!

We also offer 10% discounted rates to anyone staying for the wedding. It’s a great opportunity for your family and friends to stay over and even enjoy lunch with you the following day!

The Fine Print

  • A minimum of 6 rooms (including the 1 free room for the Bride & Groom) must be taken on the night of the event as part of any late-night event with music. Discounted prices for these rooms on the event night are £150/room/night from June-September and £100/room/night in April, May & October. Any subsequent room nights will be priced at the flexible rate minus a 10% discount and must be booked direct, in advance.
  • A 25% non-refundable deposit and signed contract is required to guarantee the event, and the booking will be considered as provisional until then.
  • Minimum spend amount includes all food and drink ordered and paid for by the wedding bookers on the day of the event. Amount does not include additional food and drink spend by guests or any spend on days other than the day of the event.
  • If minimum spend is not reached, a cover charge will be added to the bill to make up the difference.
